We
are a small group of committed Muslims eager to serve Allah (Swt)
and our community.
We
offer this service free of charge and to the best of our abilities.
Al-though
this service originally came into the planning stages due to the
growing concern our volunteers had over the many Reverted
single Muslims who find it hard to find permanent marriage; we had
also come to realize we needed to make this service available to all
Muslims who seek a fulfilling permanent marriage.
The
Path Of Light Group and the Revert Muslims Association have joined
hands to help bring a service of ‘marriage-match-up’ to the
ummah via the Internet.
We have designed this site to meet the needs of the many brothers
and sisters who seek a spouse for permanent marriage.
We
ask that you fill out a profile application, located on the top of
this page, under “Marriage Application On-Line Form”.
After this point we will take your application and add it to
the, already growing database of Muslims who are looking to find a
wife or husband. Your application will be kept in confidentiality
until you wish to have it reviewed by the potential suitor. We will not
have applications and photos on line for brothers and sisters to
poor over.
A group of Muslim volunteer panelists will then look over each
application, arranging and matching those of which will suit the
criteria of one another. After matches are made the two parties are
contacted and introductions are made.
Our marriage group will let go at that point allowing the two
parties to discuss future plans, if any.
Mediators are not yet available but we have put together a section
of the site for scholarly advice and we are working on arranging for
marital counseling.
We are hopeful that this service will be most beneficial.
This
service will run on the efforts of volunteers so we ask that you find patience and understanding as we take time to overlook the
applications and find potential matches.
The
process is very straight forward as you can see in the steps below:
Four
Easy Steps:
-
Step
1 – Once a match is made the man and woman would be notified of a
potential match found.
-
Step
2 – The two applicants will then be able to look over each
others applications as they were sent in to us.
-
Step
3 – each applicant can then decide if they wish to pursue. If
one says ‘no’ then the other can be notified by one of
our team members of ‘Matrimonial Services’.
-
Step
4 – If they both wish to pursue then they will both be
notified and formal introductions can be made. Open links of
communication, such as, exchanging emails/phone numbers can be
established through the applicants own efforts.
-
We
will disconnect ourselves at this point. However we can still
offer help through advice over e-mail. We suggest you ask your
questions on-line through our scholars 'Q & A'
section.
Best
wishes to you in finding your spouse!! He or she may be waiting for
you within our pile of applicants right now!!
